putting themselves in dangerous situations in 'german' occupied regions of 'france'
yes it is mainly sub-titled but don't let that deter you from at least watching the film, it is, no question a damn good watch.
'blu-ray' ? well you'll have noticed that many titles now are available at really good prices, and yes 'blu-ray' does give you a sharper picture and in the main sound quality. ( as this movie demonstrates)
